Cure to Gastroparesis

Food is essential for every human beings for survival. Digestion of food involves the breaking of larger food molecules into smaller particles and that can be absorbed by the cells of our body. Gastroparesis otherwise termed as "delayed gastric emptying" or "stomach paralysis", is a condition that affects the normal mobility of food from stomach to intestine. Sometimes, this may happen due to improper digestion.


The symptoms of this condition may include nausea, vomiting, burning sensation in the heart, feeling full when eating etc,. This may cause malnutrition, dehydration and some infection. The symptoms of gastroparesis may be mild or severe. Sometimes, it will create serious complications like diabetes, multiple sclerosis etc,.


The people with gastroparesis are suggested to have follow dietary modifications. They should eat nutritious food, should not overeat and do some exercises for proper digestion of food.
They should avoid
  •  eating junk foods
  •  low fat food
  •  dizzy drinks
  •  smoking
  •  alcohol consumption
